2008 AHANC RESULTS

A show to be remembered!

Good friends, good horses and good times is the best way to describe the 2008 Nor Cal/AHANC show! Allyssa Baird showed everyone's favorite gelding, 4 time National Champion Halter horse, PURE GLORY+ to a Championship in Hunter Pleasure. The most memorable of things is the success of the MMC Dream Team! Competing in six Nor Cal Futurity classes, our amateurs brought home over $2,500 in prize money! Burke Browers kicked it off by being the highest placing amateur in the two year old Half-Arabian Geldings with DOWN BROADWAY. WIth Adriana Scholten's debut at this level, she captured the Reserve Championship in the two year old Geldings with CALZINO CF and Cindy Osborn was the highest placing amateur in the Yearling Half-Arabian Fillies with DCA PRINCESS GRACE. Shane Nathan was the star of the show showing DCA SENTRY to a Reserve Championship, PSYMPLY MAGIC to her Top 5 and ZORRO CF to his Championship and being the highest placing amateur in all classes. He also showed GALIHADIN to his Nor Cal Top 5.

This show would not have been possible with the support and help of Jennifer Walker, Janice Montes, Trish Baird, Peter Robinson, David Meeds, The Scholten Family, Tamara Broderick and all the owners of these truly remarkable animals.
