2008 DAHA FALL FLING RESULTS

The 2008 DAHA Fall fling proved just as successful as it was fun! While, the weather was hot, we found ways to keep it cool and enjoyable for the group known as the MMC DREAM TEAM. One of the most exciting events of the show was the debut of SHE BE NOBLE in H/A Hunter Pleasure Jr. Horse. This mare is known for her insane beauty, but showcased her athletic ability to the fullest and was rewarded the title CHAMPION Half Arabian Hunter Pleasure Jr. Horse with Allyssa Baird! Next was PURE GLORY+/ who took the blues in PB Hunter Pleasure Open and Geldings and also captured the Reserve Championship in the Open also with Allyssa Baird! Allyssa Baird also rode GRACE UNDER FIRE GA to her Championship in H/A Western Pleasure Open. The beautiful palomino also took the Tri-Color and was named Champion in the H/A Western Pleasure AATR.  Kaila Loera, the 10 year old owner, came in to take a Reserve Champion in the 10 & Under Showmanship with GRACE UNDER FIRE GA!
 
SWEET CAROLINA and Shane Nathan made an impressive debut, the previous Regional titled H/A Mare, took 2nd place in the H/A Hunter Pleasure JOTR 17 & Under with Mr. Shane Nathan! Adriana Scholten took advantage of her last year 13 & Under and FIRST TIME showing at the canter and earned a 4th place with PROMISE KEEPER in H/A Hunter Pleasure!
 
Honorable mention should be given to Allyssa Baird and Promise Keeper for being in the top 5 of the ride a buck class! And Tamara Broderick and Grace Under Fire GA for giving it a heck of a go!
