The MMC Training division is headed by up and coming trainers Allyssa Baird and Ashley Robinson. Both share a passion for the magical Arabian horse! The Arabian, in all of its splendor,romance, versatility and beauty, is the ideal horse for show, pleasure or families. Their intelligence and beauty speak to you and we feel blessed to be surrounded by God’s gorgeous creatures! Allyssa and Ashley specialize  in the English, Halter, Hunter and Western divisions. TRAINER/MARKETER : ALLYSSA BAIRD

Talent that far exceeds the average. Multiple National Championships and Top Tens, success in all major divisions. But that's just what's on the outside. With first hand experience stemming from some of the industry's finest, such as: Jim Lowe, Brett Becker, Sandro Pinha and David Boggs, she is now offering her services, expertise and unbelievable talent to the public. Allyssa Baird is easily defined as passionate and dedicated. Going above and beyond to get lasting results. With understanding of individual horses, the finished product is one that any amateur can enjoy. To witness a horse touched by Allyssa, is to witness a connection of unbeliavable measures. Allyssa's other talent comes in the form of marketing and her gifted eye. She has had the pleasure of scouting horses that are later transformed into the highest honor of all, NATIONAL CHAMPIONS. With experience coming from some of the most influential and respected trainers, Ashley comes to us with the background of handling National, Scottsdale and International Champions. A mix of enthusiasm, energy and passion give you an individual that takes ultimate pride in the presentation of the horses. Using confidence and originality, Ashley puts a new twist on old methods and the results are horses that not only know their job, but love it. A real horse person whose approach is one step at a time until you find the perfect program for the individual. With a unique program designed for amateurs, Ashley makes showing halter something anyone of any age can enjoy! Ashley is also in charge of the care and condition of the horses. Her love for the Arabian horse is displayed by her dilligent way of every aspect of the horse's care. Starting with finding a feed program that ensures maximum health condition, to fine tuning their work program, Ashley has made it an art to care for the animals we love so much.
